On May 6, 2023, King Charles III will be formally installed as monarch in a lavish event. Millions of people will watch the coronation on television, making it a significant event.

The coronation does have a few humorous aspects, though. For instance, King Charles will be the oldest monarch to be crowned in British history because of his advanced age. When he is crowned, he will be 74 years old.

In addition, Prince Harry stated that he would not be attending the coronation in a suit because he did not want to “look like a stuffed shirt.” He has stated that he will dress more casually.

The Queen Consort, Camilla, has remarked that she is anticipating the coronation since she “always wanted to be a queen.” She has expressed her excitement about assuming the position of queen consort.
